I have found that field sessions are timeless throughout the year and are one of the best locations to have a photography session. There’s something magical about capturing your family’s story amidst nature’s backdrop. From Parkersburg to Marietta, we have many to choose from but my favorite spot is my field at Fresh Pickens Farm – a little gem only my clients get to utilize! I had the pleasure of capturing Sawyer’s radiant new smile post-braces, courtesy of Eckles Orthodontics; they have offices in both Parkersburg, WV and Marietta, OH. We have worked them over the past year, from braces to a retainer, and the experience has been absolutely wonderful. In celebration of Sawyer’s new smile, we decided to do a quick portrait session out in the fields, and of course, his adorable little sister Haven (my constant sidekick!) tagged along. What was initially planned as a solo session turned into an impromptu sibling shoot. And boy, did we get some heartwarming shots! It was also the perfect time to showcase how incredible field photography sessions are.
