Basement trim and bathroom lights

Clair came today and worked in the basement. He added the skirtboard trim going up the stairs.

He also installed all of the lights in the basement bathroom. There is one vanity light that will be about the sink and vanity cabient, a main light with a built in exhaust fan, and then a recessed can light with waterproof trim above the shower.
