Supper on Sunday – Caesar Pizza and Pot Roast

I tried a few new recipes this week:
Caesar Chicken Pizza was delicious and pretty easy to make. Definitely one I would make again. You can find the recipe here:
Chicken Caesar Pizza
It says to add a light layer of ceasar dressing, but I actually wish I had put a little more on. It really dried out while it was baking. We fixed that by dipping it in Ranch dressing, and it was great!
I did add the optional red pepper and I think it gave it a nice bit of flavor.
I also made my first pot roast in the Crock Pot. This recipe is from the Mennonite girls website, so I knew it would be good. It was very easy to make and didn’t take a lot of prep time. I was a little worried about using spaghetti sauce on a pot roast, but it pretty much just tasted like a regular gravy.
