Siding, tile and a tub

They started installing the siding on the back of the house. I think we’re going to be glad that we decided to do the shaker style over the entire house.

Rick also finished the tile in the mudroom.

He also finished the backerboard in our master shower. He had to wait until the shower rough-in valves were installed, so he would know exactly what to cut around.

Clair built a drop in unit for our tub. The top will be tile, and we are having a wood panel made to match our vanity cabinet for the front.

We are using a small mosaic tile for the top of the tub. We will then put the 6×6 tile partially up the wall to act as a backsplash and to tie it in with the shower and floor tile.
