Finding a doctor is difficult. Finding a good doctor is even harder. Especially a good doctor who has the time and attention to truly focus on your needs amidst all their other clients. Talk about finding a needle in a haystack! As a Parkersburg maternity and newborn photographer, I make it my business to support my clients in all facets of their lives. Especially when it comes to their health. After all, you look your best when you feel your best! In the spirit of this goal, today I’d like to point you to the Women’s Health of Parkersburg for medical care that actually cares.

Women’s Health of Parkersburg is run by Megan Radcliff, a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner, Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner, and Perinatal Mental Health care provider. Talk about talent! Megan is on a mission to provide integrative and compassionate care for each and every one of her patients, all while increasing overall access to quality medical services. As a part of that mission, Megan provides direct primary “concierge” care for women ages 18 and up, as well as mental health support for those 16 and older.
Women’s Health of Parkersburg main service is their primary “concierge” healthcare. This means that you’ll have access to care 24/7, be it through text, video call, or in person at Megan’s office. Wellness visits with Megan aren’t just a rotating door of measurements and awkward waits in paper gowns. Megan will personally sit down with you to examine and address your health across all areas, including yearly physicals, hormone evaluation, weight management, lactation support, medication, and mental health care. If there’s anything she cannot personally do, she is more than happy to refer you to a trusted specialist.
Megan also offers formal mental health care through her sister business, Foundation Help. While her wellness visits are for women only, her mental health care is available for anyone who wants help in their lives so long as they are 16 and up. Whether you want guidance through life changes like menopause or pregnancy or find yourself struggling with anxiety, PTSD, or other mental illnesses, Megan is here to help you find support and relief. Megan uses an integrative treatment approach, blending lifestyle modifications, counseling, and medication depending upon when each is appropriate.
As Women’s Health of Parkersburg tries to make medical access more available, Megan’s care can be paid for in affordable monthly or annual membership fees. There are no additional charges or copays per visit, and you don’t need insurance to join her practice. That said, Megan recommends combining her care with a cost-sharing or high-deductible plan so that you have coverage just in case of an emergency hospital visit.
Health is our greatest treasure in life. For mental health and primary care that is down-to-earth and responsive, I wholeheartedly recommend Megan and Women’s Health of Parkersburg.
