Leaving Hugh Street

Leaving Hugh Street

Tonight we turned the keys over to the new owner. It seemed so weird being in the house and knowing it was likely the last time. I’ll admit I totally cried. I didn’t think I would be that emotional about it, but just the idea that we were never going to be in our “first house” ever again was just so sad. At least I held it together until I got to the jeep, and didn’t break down bawling in front of the poor guy who bought the house.

Of course, I took lots of pictures, so I’m sure you’ll be seeing more scrapbook pages in the future of all our memories in our first house.
