Chicken & Sun-Dried Tomato Orzo

I’ve been trying a lot of new recipes lately. Tonight, I made Chicken & Sun-Dried Tomato Orzo.

One thing I did learn tonight is that you need to read the entire instructions before you begin to ensure that you not only have all of the need ingredients, but also the needed appliances.

*Note to self: buy a blender*

Overall, it was pretty good. Before I made this, I did not know what orzo was, but now I kind of like it. I’d say this was something I would make again.
