Tonight I made Buffalo Chicken Casserole. For some reason I thought this would be like the chicken buffalo dip that I make, but it really wasn’t. It certainly didn’t taste bad, but was overall just kind of bland. At this point in my cooking career, “doctoring things up” isn’t something I’m able to do yet, so the recipes are taken as is.
