Baked Tilapia

Lately I have been trying new recipes. We had some tilapia in our freezer that needed to be used pretty soon, so tonight I tried Baked Tallopia. It turned out great! The fish and vegetables were both delicious. I’m not a big fan of fish, but this really didn’t have a “fishy” taste to it.
